    Abstract: An apparatus for exchanging heat by using an electronic expansion valve, an outdoor unit of an air conditioner by using an electronic expansion valve, and a multi air conditioner system are provided to improve overcooling degree performance to prevent generation of flash gas at an inlet of an expansion valve to prevent deterioration of performance and reliability of a multi air conditioner system, and lower a temperature of a sucked refrigerant when an air conditioner is operated under an overload conditioner to lower a temperature of cooled and discharged refrigerant gas of a compressor. A condenser(510) condenses an introduced refrigerant to spray a high-temperature refrigerant. An evaporator(520) evaporates an introduced refrigerant to spray a low-temperature refrigerant. An accumulator(530) built in a heat exchanger exchanges heat between the high-temperature refrigerant and the low-temperature refrigerant. A compressor(540) compresses gaseous refrigerant sprayed from the accumulator built in a heat exchanger to spray a high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant to the condenser. An expansion valve(550) expands the liquid refrigerant of the accumulator built in a heat exchanger to spray the expanded refrigerant to the evaporator. An overcooling degree control unit(564) measures a temperature and a pressure of an inlet of the expansion valve, operates an overcooling degree in accordance with a difference between a saturated temperature of the measured pressure and the measured temperature, and bypasses the liquid refrigerant of the accumulator built in a heat exchanger to the outlet of the evaporator.
