Abstract: An improved spinal fusion washer according to an embodiment of the present invention provides a bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) into a vertebra by being installed in the fused part of the vertebra while having a spinal fusion surgery. The present invention comprises a first washer member forming a first opening in the center by having a diameter gradually reduced from one side to the other side, having a shape protruded toward the outside at the end, located in the vertebra of a fused part in the other side; a second washer member forming a second opening in the center by having the diameter gradually reduced from one side to the other side, having a shape protruded toward the outside at the end, located so that the other side is adjacent to one side of the first washer member; a BMP impregnant formed by impregnating the BMP, providing the impregnated BMP to the vertebra of a fused part with the lapse of time, located in between the first washer and the second washer; a pedicle screw combined and screwed in the spine by penetrating the second washer member, BMP impregnant and the first washer member, and forming a thread of a screw in the outer periphery.
