Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for controlling aging with Ku70 protein is provided to use as a pharmaceutical or cosmetic composition for delaying or suppressing aging. CONSTITUTION: An intracellular Ku70 protein prevents animal(except for human) aging by increasing the protein. An agent for preventing aging contains the intracellular Ku70 protein. A method for screening the agent comprises: a step of treating certain material to test cells; a step of measuring Ku70 protein content; and a step of selecting a material which increases the content of the intracellular Ku70 protein.
Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种用Ku70蛋白控制老化的方法，用作延缓或抑制老化的药物或化妆品组合物。 构成：细胞内Ku70蛋白通过增加蛋白质来预防动物（除了人类）衰老。 用于预防衰老的药物含有细胞内Ku70蛋白。 用于筛选试剂的方法包括：处理某些材料以测试细胞的步骤; 衡量Ku70蛋白质含量的一个步骤; 以及选择增加细胞内Ku70蛋白质含量的材料的步骤。

Abstract: An Mre11 protein relating to aging is provided to inhibit an aging by increasing content of the Mre11 protein in human lymphocyte through addition and transcription increase or promote the aging by decreasing concentration of the Mre11 protein in human lymphocyte. An aging is inhibited by increasing an Mre11 protein in cell by transporting the Mre11 protein into the cell, or promoting the transcription of Mre11 protein in cell. An anti-aging agent comprises the Mre11 protein. A screening method of anti-aging agent comprises the steps of: treating a testing cell with a candidate material; measuring a content of the Mre11 protein in cell of the testing cell; and increasing a content of the Mre11 protein in cell.
