Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for producing garlic Cheonggukjang pill is provided to simplify production process, shorten production time and improve flavor. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing garlic Cheonggukjang pill comprises: a step of freeze-drying and pulverizing garlic; a step of freezing and pulverizing Cheonggukjang; a step of mixing 10-60 weight parts of garlic powder and 40-90 weight parts of Cheonggukjang powder and kneading together; and a step of forming the kneaded mixture to pill.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供一种生产大蒜Cheonggukjang丸的方法,简化生产过程,缩短生产时间,提高风味。 构成:大蒜畅口丸的制作方法,包括:冷冻干燥大蒜粉碎步骤; 清流畅冷的一步; 将10-60重量份的大蒜粉末和40-90重量份的清饺子粉末混合在一起; 以及将捏合的混合物形成为丸剂的步骤。
