Abstract: PURPOSE: A crystalline organic semiconductor structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to induce a phase change during a manufacturing process and to improve a crystalline property. CONSTITUTION: An organic semiconductor material is grown to an organic semiconductor structure. The organic semiconductor structure is processed at high temperature and with high pressure inside a dispersing medium. The organic semiconductor structure is thermally processed. A mixed solution is prepared by mixing the organic semiconductor materials with an organic solvent.
