Abstract:
Nickel catalysts dipped in alumina-zirconia oxide complex carrier in which zirconia is highly dispersed is provided to manufacture hydrogen gas by performing a reforming reaction of steam of liquefied natural gas. A method for manufacturing nickel catalysts dipped in alumina-zirconia oxide complex carrier in which zirconia is highly dispersed comprises the following steps of: activating a hydroxyl(OH) group on a alumina surface by adding a base catalyst in a alumina-dispersed organic solvent; obtaining a chelated zirconium precursor by using a chelating agent; grafting and reacting a solution by adding the chelated zirconium precursor; obtaining slurry; inducing a hydration and a condensation reaction of the zirconium precursor; drying the solution; obtaining the alumina - zirconia complex oxide carrier building after heating a material; dipping the nickel; drying an outcome; and gaining a nickel catalyst.
