Abstract:
PURPOSE: A bio-sensing method using animal cells and a bio kit for infection diagnosis using the same are provided to monitor the source of infection in real time. CONSTITUTION: A bio-sensing method using animal cells comprises the following steps: inoculating source of infection in a culture medium in which the animal cells are cultured; and reacting probes(15) in which marker is attached with biomarkers(13) of the animal cells. The source of infection is alive pathogenic microorganism. The animal cell is in cell starvation state. The animal cells(14) are adhesive type cell or stray type cell. The biomarker is cell receptor protein, cell attached protein, glycolipid, or glycoprotein. The cell adhesive protein is integrin, selectin or cadherin. The probe is antibody which specifically binds with the bio markers, binding protein, nucleic acid, enzyme, aptamer or peptide. A bio kit for infection diagnosis using the animal cells comprises wells which contain the animal cells and probes which detect bio markers of the animal cells.

PURPOSE: A biosensing method is provided to simply analyze source of infection, and to simplify the process by comprising a stage of injecting the resource of infection to a culture medium in which animal cell is cultivated, and reacting a biomarker of the animal cell with a probe attached with a marker. CONSTITUTION: A biosensing method using animal cell (14) comprises the steps of: expressing toll-similar acceptor by injecting and culturing injection resource of separated and concentrated Escherichia coli or Shigella sonnei into a culture medium in which at least one animal cell is cultured among lung cell, endocervical cell, and macrophage; and reacting the expressed toll-similar acceptor with a probe (15) adhered with a marker. In the first stage, if the pathogenic microorganism is Escherichia coli, the animal cell is the lung cell, and the toll-similar acceptor is toll-similar acceptor 1, if the pathogenic microorganism is Shigella sonnei, the animal cell is the endocervical cell or macrophage, and the toll-similar acceptor is toll-similar acceptor 2.

본 발명은 동물 세포를 이용한 바이오센싱 방법 및 동물 세포를 이용한 감염 진단 바이오 키트에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 감염 및 오염 등에 의한 외부환경의 변화 시, 동물 세포 표면에 발현되어 감염원과 반응하는 세포 수용체, 당단백, 당지질 등의 바이오 마커를 탐지체와 결합시킴으로써, 신속하고 간편하게 감염원에 대한 감지를 실시간으로 모니터링 할 수 있는 동물 세포를 이용한 바이오센싱 방법 및 동물 세포를 이용한 감염 진단 바이오 키트에 관한 것이다.
