    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for preparing adipic acid by a novel adipic acid biosynthetic pathway. More specifically, adipic acid can be prepared from glucose by recombinant microorganisms of enzymes involved in a novel adipic acid biosynthetic pathway. Provided is a novel method for biologically synthesizing adipic acid by using recombinant microorganisms from glucose. Also, the present invention can manufacture bioplastics widely used as materials of a car and electric electronic materials, or can be applied to various fields of production of materials such as nylon fiber or mixed fiber by biologically producing adipic acid used as materials for nylon 6,6 and nylon 6 which are bioplastics.
