Abstract: 본 발명은 서열번호 1의 아미노산 서열 또는 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 셀레노프로테인 S에 특이적으로 결합하는 셀레노프로테인 S(selenoprotein S)의 항체 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다. 상기한 본 발명에 의한 항체는 웨스턴 블럿팅 뿐만 아니라 면역침강에도 이용 가능하여 셀레노프로테인 S의 정량 및 정성 분석에 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A selenoprotein S antibody and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to use in western blotting and immunoprecipitation. CONSTITUTION: An antibody which specifically binds to selenoprotein S comprises an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1 or 2. A method for manufacturing the antibody comprises: a step of injecting a peptide of sequence number 1 or 2; and a step of collecting antibody which specifically binds to selenoprotein S from an animal. The peptide contains cystein at N-terminal and is aminated at C-terminal. A gene encoding mutated selenoprotein S comprises TGC sequence which is substituted from TGA, selenocystein codon of selenoprotein S. A kit for diagnosing diabetes or inflammatory diseases contains the selenoprotein S antibody.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供硒蛋白S抗体及其制备方法用于蛋白质印迹和免疫沉淀。 构成：特异性结合硒蛋白S的抗体包含序列号1或2的氨基酸序列。制备抗体的方法包括：注射序列号1或2的肽的步骤; 以及从动物中收集与硒蛋白S特异性结合的抗体的步骤。 肽含有N-末端的半胱氨酸，并在C末端进行胺化。 编码突变的硒蛋白S的基因包括由TGA，硒蛋白S的硒半胱氨酸密码子取代的TGC序列。用于诊断糖尿病或炎性疾病的试剂盒含有硒蛋白S抗体。
