Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for regulating metabolic homeostasis, stress resistance, or lifespan by endo-siRNA is provided to regulate the expression of a dicer gene which is related to endo-siRNA generation. CONSTITUTION: A method for regulating metabolic homeostasis, stress resistance, or lifespan by endo-siRNA comprises a step of regulating the expression of a dicer gene related to endo-siRNA generation. The dicer gene is Drosophila dicer-2 gene. A used animal is Drosophila.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种通过endo-siRNA调节代谢体内平衡，抗逆性或寿命的方法，以调节与内切siRNA产生相关的切片基因的表达。 构成：通过endo-siRNA调节代谢体内平衡，抗逆性或寿命的方法包括调节与内切siRNA产生相关的切片基因表达的步骤。 切丝酵母基因是果蝇切片2基因。 一只二手动物是果蝇。

Abstract: 본 발명은 엔도-siRNA (endo-siRNA) 생성에 관여하는 다이서 (
dicer ) 유전자 발현을 조절하는 단계를 포함하는 대사 항상성, 외부 스트레스 저항성 또는 수명 조절 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기한 본 발명은 대사 관련 장애 치료제 개발 및 엔도-siRNA (endo-siRNA)의 생리적 기능 연구에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
