    Abstract: PURPOSE: A polyacene derivative is provided to improve solubility, crystallinity and stability by introducing benzyl acetylene and thiophenylacetylene substituent structure to a polyacene derivative containing an anthracene structure. CONSTITUTION: A polyacene derivative is represented by chemical formula 1 or 2. In chemical formulas, Ar1 is selected from the group consisting of naphthalene, anthracene, tetracene or pentacene; Ar2 and Ar3 are independently selected from (C6-C60) arylene, (C3-C60) heteroarylene, 5 or 6-membered heterocycloalkene, (C3-C60) cycloalkenylene, adamantylene, (C7-C60) bicycloalkylene, (C2-C60) alkenylene, (C2-C60) alkynylene, (C6-C60) ar (C1-C60) alkenylene, (C1-C60) alkylenethio, (C1-C60) alkyleneoxy, (C6-C60) aryleneoxy or (C6-C60) arylene thio.
