PURPOSE: A common radio resource management apparatus for handover between heterogeneous networks, a local radio resource management apparatus for handover between heterogeneous networks, and a handover method by managing common radio resource management over a heterogeneous network environment are provided to efficiently supply the services of various service qualities to a mobile terminal by supporting the handover between heterogeneous networks through integrated wireless resource management. CONSTITUTION: A network state information management unit(110) receives network state information non-dependent on a network from heterogeneous networks. A mobile terminal information management unit(120) receives mobile terminal information non-dependent on the network from each network of heterogeneous networks. Based on the state information of the nondependent network and the information of the non-dependent mobile terminal, a network selection unit(130) selects the network for handover.
Abstract:
Provided are a method and a system which can control the charging of an electric vehicle at home using home network equipment (a home pad, a wall pad, a personal computer, etc.). A user of the electric vehicle can conveniently control the charging of the electric vehicle indoors. Additionally, the present invention is economical because the user can use existing home network equipment, indoor UI, and an electric vehicle charging system in the same way as before.

Disclosed are a device and a method for predicting the energy consumption of a building. The device for predicting energy consumption of a building selects parameters having a high correlation with energy consumption of a building among multiple parameters and predicts the energy consumption of the building by using the selected parameters. Furthermore, the device for predicting energy consumption of a building compares a prediction value and a measurement value of the energy consumption and determines how accurate the prediction value is and whether the parameters are appropriately selected.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A power management terminal and a power management apparatus are provided to easily check power consumption state of power use apparatuses and to effectively manage the power consumption state. CONSTITUTION: Smart plugs(10a-10n) are installed within building and supply power to a power use apparatus. The smart plugs read power use amount of the power use apparatus and outputs power use information with unique location information. A gateway(20) collects the power use information from the smart plugs and transmits it to a power management terminal of a subscriber. The gateway transmits the power use information collected by an upload request of the power management terminal to an energy management server through a communications network. The gateway transmits analysis energy information to the power management terminal. An energy management server(50) analyzes energy consumption type of the subscriber based on the power use information. The energy management server outputs the analysis energy information including an energy consumption pattern in response to an analysis energy information request of the power management terminal.

PURPOSE: A building energy integration controlling apparatus and a method thereof are provided to efficiently perform access control for integrated energy management through security policy definition of a building in an integration control center. CONSTITUTION: It differently sets whether to access permission about building energy related devices in policy database(96). The policy database stores access policy information obtained to a user. It resets whether to access permission about building energy related devices in policy database.
