Abstract: 본 발명은 기존의 다층연 와이어 로프에 비해 절단하중 및 유연성 등의 품질 특성이 향상된 와이어 로프에 관한 것으로, 하연이 필러(Filler) 구조로서, 중심 스트랜드를 둘러싼 6본의 제2층 스트랜드와 16본의 최외층 스트랜드 사이에 필러선 형태인 6본의 제3층 스트랜드가 개재되어 4층으로 연선된 구조를 가지며, 상기 제2층 스트랜드와 제3층 스트랜드는 서로 다른 방향으로 연선(교차연)되고, 제2층 스트랜드와 제3층 스트랜드 및 최외층 스트랜드는 단면적이 향상되도록 CMP(Compacted) 가공된 것을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A wire rope with improved product quality is provided to enhance cross section area and to improve flexibility. CONSTITUTION: A wire rope with improved product quality comprises a core strand(S1), a second layer strand(S2), a third strand(S3), an outer layer strand(S4). The wire rope has the down side formed in a filler structure. The core strand is covered with the second layer strand. The third layer strand is formed in a filler line between the second layer strand and outer layer strand.
