Abstract: PURPOSE: A detail local climate prediction method which combines dynamics and statistics is provided to increase reliability condition of prediction data. CONSTITUTION: A region climate is simulated according to each model by using an RCM(Regional Climate Model)(S200). The preprocessing of regional climate model simulation data is performed(S210). Statistical climate elements are calculated from regional climate model simulation data(S220). The number of ensemble members increases through combination of dynamics and statistics. A future regional climate is calculated by application of an ensemble scheme(S230).

Abstract: 본 발명은 시공간 연속성을 이용한 식생수 보정방법에 대한 것으로, 위성을 이용한 원격 탐사로부터 생성된 연속하는 식생 지수 정보에서 구름 또는 적설에 의한 오염 및 결측, 에어로졸 등에 의한 대기의 영향 및 탐사 잡음 등의 문제점 들을 제거하는 식생지수 보정방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따르면, 식생 지수 정보의 품질정보와 지면 피복 분류정보를 이용하여 보정함으로써 식생 지수 정보에서 구름 또는 적설에 의한 오염 및 결측, 에어로졸 등에 의한 대기의 영향 등을 제거하여 양질의 식생 지수를 제고할 수 있다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A vegetation index correction method using visual continuous is provided to supply a good quality of vegetation index. CONSTITUTION: An MODIS(Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer) vegetation index information and quality information are obtained from a vegetation index generation center(S300). A correction area is determined among the MODIS vegetation index information(S310). The MODIS vegetation index information project the correction area through an MRT(MODIS Reprojection Tool) and is attached to the correction area as a material.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An estimating method using ensemble average based on a regional climate model performance is provided to supply a prediction material which has high prediction level by caling a weighted value based on the evaluation measurement which is calculated from a small amount of mock material of 10 to 20 years and a measurement material and applying the weighted value in a total mock material. CONSTITUTION: A current RCM simulation result is generated by mocking a current area climate based on a RCM(Regional Climate Model)(S300). The current RCM mocking result is preprocessed by using measurement point location information about measuring points. The current RCM mocking result is verified by using an evaluation index which is generated by the measurement point location information. A weighted value based on the current RCM mocking result is calculated based on the authentication result(S310). A final calculation mocking material is generated by applying the weighted value in the current RCM mocking result and calculating the weighted average(S330).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A land surface temperature calculating method is provided to use the earth surface temperature algorithm by the day and night based on the land surface temperature decrease rate, and to minimize the maximum and minimum estimation of the land surface temperature. CONSTITUTION: A land surface temperature calculating method comprises the following steps: obtaining weather data for the one or more earth surface temperature calculation points by the weather phase; determining the number of the earth surface temperature calculation points inside the designated angle; setting the entry value of the first detected emissivity, and the entry value of the second detected emissivity, and calculating the emissivity difference; determining whether the second detected emissivity is less than the designated value; setting the daily/night time/total rage for the land surface temperature decrease rate; and simulating the land surface temperature using a radiating transfer model.
