Abstract: A network-base operation performance analysis system for analyzing reliability of an operation plan and an index and method for the same are provided to collect information about daily operation plan from construction project participants connected to a wire and wireless network. A network-base operation performance analysis system for analyzing reliability of an operation plan and an index comprises a step of requesting a participant terminal authenticated by an operator server to fill out a daily operation planning query form, a step of transmitting the daily operation planning indication form reflecting an examination opinion of a process manager based on daily operation planning information which is input by the participant terminal, a step of analyzing a result of work about an knowledge task by using a analysis module based on the daily operation planning information and a step of transmitting a result, processed in the operator server, to the participant terminal.

Abstract: A system and a method for managing a process are provided to solve delay of each work/manager in a construction project by checking the delay generated from each company, manager, and work group, and causes of the delay, and efficiently manage the process by rebuilding a work plan based on the checked delay and causes. A database server(110) classifies and stores manager information managing the construction project, the work plans, and work lists. Each manager terminal(120) is connected to the database server, and transmits a work result of each work field according to a daily work order form. An operator server(130) transmits the daily work order form according to the work plan to the manager terminals and calculates work reliability comparing work amount included in the daily work order form with the performed work amount. If the work reliability is not 100 percents, the operator server rebuilds the work plan by mapping the process and transmits the rebuilt work plan to the database server. The manager terminal is a PC, a PDA(Personal Digital Assistant), or a mobile terminal.
