Abstract: PURPOSE: An epidural electrode device is provided, which enables electrode treatment of the foreign dermal layer in daily life and rehabilitation treatment. CONSTITUTION: An epidural electrode device comprises: an electrode conveying section transferring an electrode to the cerebral cortex from the epidural; a power sanction rod(2) which is connected to a power line sanctioning the power in the electrode conveying section; a head fixing member(3) fixing the power sanction rod on the head; and a hand-held power supply member(4) supplying the power to the power line. The head fixing member includes: a head circumference fixing unit covering the head circumference; and a semicircular fixture.
