The present invention relates to an apparatus for processing an optical signal of a spectrometer using the sparse nature of signals including an optical filter array filtering incident light; an optical sensor array changing the filtered light into electrons; and a digital signal processor digital-signaling the output of the optical sensor array based on the L1 norm minimizing algorithm using the sparse nature of signals and restoring spectrum information of the incident light. 신호의 희소 특성을 이용한 분광계의 광 신호 처리 장치로서, 입사되는 광을 필터링하는 광필터 어레이; 상기 필터링된 광을 전하로 변환하는 광센서 어레이; 및 상기 광센서 어레이의 출력을 신호의 희소 특성을 이용하는 L1 놈 최소화 알고리즘에 기반하여 디지털 신호처리를 수행하여 상기 입사된 광의 스펙트럼 정보를 복구하는 디지털 신호 처리부를 포함하는 신호의 희소 특성을 이용한 소형 분광계의 광 신호 처리 장치가 제공된다.
Abstract:
A spectroscopic apparatus according to the present invention includes an optical filter device provided with at least two filters for filtering incident light; an optical sensor device provided with at least two optical sensors corresponding to the at least two filters to convert the filtered light into electric charges; and a digital signal processing unit for digital signal processing the output signal of the optical sensor device to restore spectrum information about the incident light, wherein at least one of the at least two filters includes a random transmittance filter. According to the present invention, the restoration accuracy which improves the resolution of the restored light signal is improved.
