    Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus and method for obtaining images using coherent anti-stokes Raman scattering. The apparatus for obtaining images using coherent anti-stokes Raman scattering according to the present invention comprises: a pump light source (401) and a stokes light source (402) that irradiate pump light and stokes light on a sample (S) to generate anti-stokes light having anti-stokes frequency; a reference light source (410) that generates reference light; and an image obtaining unit (430) that obtains the images of the sample using a change in phase of the reference light due to a change in the refractive index of the sample in the vicinity of the anti-stokes frequency. Thereby, the present invention provides an apparatus for obtaining images using coherent anti-stokes Raman scattering that is not affected by non-resonant background signals, that has strong resistance against noise even for weak signals, and that has excellent sensitivity and resolution.

    Abstract: A device and a method for picturing an image using coherent anti-stokes Raman scattering are provided to increase the sensitivity and resolution without the interference even in a weak signal. A device for picturing an image using coherent anti-stokes Raman scattering comprises a pump light source(401), a stokes light circle(402), a reference light source(410), and an image picturing unit. The pump light and stokes light are irradiated to a sample in order to generate anti-stokes light having the anti-stokes frequency. The light source generates the reference source. The reference source has the low frequency which is higher or lower than the anti-stokes frequency as the fixed level. The image picturing unit takes the image of the sample using the changing of the reference light by the refractive index change of the reference source.
