Abstract: 본 발명은 차량 정보 기록장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 차량 운전자의 페달 조작정보와 차량의 기울기정보를 실시간 감지하여 시간순으로 저장하여 차량의 급발진 사고 발생시 자료로 활용하도록 한 차량 정보 기록장치에 관한 것이다.
이를 위해, 본 발명은 차량의 페달에 설치되어 운전자에 의한 페달의 작동을 감지하는 페달감지수단과, 차량의 어느 일측에 설치되어 차량의 기울기를 감지하는 기울기감지수단과, 차량의 어느 선택된 부위에 설치되어 상기 페달감지수단과 기울기감지수단에 의하여 감지된 신호를 전달받는 정보저장유닛을 포함하여 이루어진 차량 정보 기록장치에 있어서, 상기 페달감지수단은, 차량의 페달에 씌워져 페달을 감싸도록 구비되는 통 형의 페달장착부와, 상기 페달의 표면에 위치하도록 페달장착부의 내부 일면에 설치되는 압력센서를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 기울기감지수단에는 차량의 기울기에 따른 영점조정이 가능하도록 영점조정부가 설치되며, 상기 정보저장유닛은 페달의 조작정보와 차량의 기울기정보를 시간순으로 데이터화하는 마이컴과, 그 마이컴에 의해 데이터화된 정보가 저장되는 저장부와, 상기 페달의 조작정보와 차량의 기울기정보를 디스플레이하는 디스플레이부를 포함하고, 상기 정보저장유닛에는 GPS수신기가 장착되며, 상기 마이컴에서는 상기 GPS수신기를 통해 전달받은 시간과 차량의 위치정보를 토대로 차량의 속도를 연산하여 상기 저장부에 저장하고, 상기 페달의 조작정보 및 차량의 기울기정보와 차량의 속도를 비교하여 차량의 급발진 여부를 판단하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a vehicle information recording apparatus and, more specifically, to a vehicle information recording apparatus which senses pedal operating information of a driver of a vehicle and inclination information of the vehicle in real time, chronicles the information to be deployed as data when a sudden acceleration accident occurs. To this end, the vehicle information recording apparatus comprises a pedal sensing unit which is installed on a pedal of the vehicle and senses operation of the pedal driven by the driver; an inclination sensing unit which is installed at one side of the vehicle to sense an inclination of the vehicle; and an information storing unit which is installed at any chosen part of the vehicle and includes a Micom which receives signals sensed by the pedal sensing unit and the inclination sensing unit to record the pedal operating information and the inclination information of the vehicle as data in chronological order, and a storage unit in which the information recorded by the Micom is stored.
