Abstract: 본 발명은 속집게가 내장된 폐루프형 지혈클립 장치에 관한 것으로, 출혈 부위를 확인 후 파지형 집게를 이용하여 1차 출혈부위를 찾아 임시 지혈을 하고, 2차로 클립 파지부 및 클립 가압부가 이동하여 출혈 부위를 감싸고, 이후 클립 가압부만 이동하여 출혈 부위에 폐루프형 지혈 클립을 클리핑하여 지혈을 할 수 있도록 파지형 집게와 지혈 클립을 장착하는 장치를 일체형으로 구성된다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 출혈 위치의 임시 지혈로 인하여 출혈량을 줄일 수 있고, 지혈 클립이 출혈 위치에 정확하게 클리핑할 수 있어 지혈 성능이 향상된다. 또한 손상된 혈관벽 주위만 선택적으로 지혈할 수 있기 때문에 혈류를 부분적으로 유지할 수 있는 생리적 이득을 제공할 수도 있다.
