Abstract: A personal information reading management system includes a log file conversion server, a monitoring server, an analyzing server, and an explanation management server. The explanation management server sends an explanation request according to reading of personal information to a corresponding personal information reader; performs a first determination process for explanation documents according as his or her supervisor checks explanation information provided by the corresponding personal information reader; and checks whether the first determination is appropriate if the determination of the explanation documents used in the first determination process is not difficult. The explanation management server, if the first determination is checked to be appropriate, selects a part among the explanation documents used in the first determination, performs a second determination process, and finishes processing the remaining documents; if the first determination is difficult or the explanation documents are insufficient after performing the second determination, sends an explanation request again to the reader; and if the first determination is checked to be difficult or the explanation completion is appropriate or inappropriate after performing the second determination, stores the explanation documents whose determination is finished.

Abstract translation: 个人信息阅读管理系统包括日志文件转换服务器，监视服务器，分析服务器和说明管理服务器。 解释管理服务器根据个人信息的读取向对应的个人信息阅读器发送解释请求; 根据他或她的主管检查由相应的个人信息阅读器提供的说明信息，执行说明文件的第一确定处理; 并且如果在第一确定处理中使用的说明文档的确定不困难，则检查第一确定是否合适。 解释管理服务器如果第一确定被检查为适当，则在第一确定中使用的说明文档中选择一部分，执行第二确定处理，并且完成其余文档的处理; 如果在执行第二确定之后第一次确定困难或解释文档不足，则向读者发送解释请求; 并且如果在执行第二确定之后检查第一确定是困难的或解释完成是适当的还是不适当的，则存储确定结束的说明文档。
