Abstract: A system and a method for creating health and disease indexes and supporting healthcare in regional and workplace units according to the present invention includes the steps of: extracting necessary information, which includes qualification information, hospital medical information, and health screening information, according to target chronic diseases from a database of a healthcare support system by the healthcare support system; modeling a monitoring model according to the target diseases using the extracted necessary information; verifying the modeled monitoring model by taking into consideration data previously stored in the database and input information into an external terminal; and setting a monitoring index according to the target diseases using the modeled monitoring model that has been verified; and allowing a regional server or an enterprise server to share the set monitoring index.
