Abstract: A thermoelectric material having a core-shell nanofiber structure and a method for preparing the same are provided. The thermoelectric material comprises: a thermoelectric semiconductor nanofiber core; and a hetero-thermoelectric semiconductor shell for coating the surface of the thermoelectric semiconductor nanofiber core. According to an embodiment of the present invention, thermoelectric materials having high electrical conductivity and low thermal conductivity can be manufactured in large quantities in a short period of time.

Abstract: Provided are a thermoelectric material having a core-shell nanofiber structure and a method for preparing the same. The thermoelectric material having a core-shell nanofiber structure comprises: a thermoelectric semiconductor nanofiber core unit; and a heterogeneous thermoelectric semiconductor shell unit coated on the surface of the thermoelectric semiconductor nanofiber core unit. Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing thermoelectric materials with a core-shell nanofiber structure. According to the present invention, the thermoelectric material with high electrical conductivity and low thermal conductivity is mass-produced for a short time by an electrospinning method. The method for manufacturing the thermoelectric materials with the core-shell nanofiber structure includes the steps of: preparing a first melt; preparing a second melt; obtaining a polymer-thermoelectric semiconductor precursor complex nanofiber; obtaining a thermoelectric semiconductor oxide nanofiber; and reducing the thermoelectric semiconductor oxide nanofiber.
