Abstract: PURPOSE: A patient customized laser treatment device capable of controlling operating parameter and a treatment method using the same are provided to control parameter based on predetermined data of optical and thermal characteristics. CONSTITUTION: A treatment method using a patient customized laser treatment device(100) comprises the following steps: measuring optical and thermal characteristics of skin and deep tissue of patient; setting the parameter of the laser treatment device based on the optical and thermal characteristics of the patient; and treating the patient with the laser treatment device. Before the optical and thermal characteristic measuring step, the parameter of the laser treatment device related to temperature distribution production about the optical and thermal characteristics of the deep tissue is data based. Abstract: 인체 조직을 대상으로 한 레이저 온열치료기 개발을 위해서 일반적으로 인체 조직과 유사한 열전달 특성을 지니는 조직 대체 물질을 실험모델로 이용한다. 피부 손상을 방지하면서 조직 심부의 특정 지점을 가열하기 위한 레이저 구동 조건을 도출하는 것이 중요하다. 이 때 조직 모델을 이용한 실험에서 심부의 3차원 온도 분포를 정확하게 파악하는 일이 필요하다. 본 발명은 일반적으로 사용되는 온도센서를 조직 모델심부의 정확한 위치에 고정시킬 수 있는 샘플 홀더에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A sample holder for measuring a 3D temperature distribution of a heated organization model is provided to accurately measure a temperature of the central part of a model without damaging a sample organization and to perform a quantitative experiment by a sample holder of an equivalent standard. CONSTITUTION: A sample holder for measuring a 3D temperature distribution of a heated organization model comprises a hollow type body(10) and measuring holes(11,12,13,14,15). The hollow body is formed into a cylindrical shape so that the measurement sample model can be contained. The measuring holes are arranged by being spaced toward a columnar direction or upward and downward and formed by penetrated the body. A bottom plate is formed into a constant thickness in one end part of the body, thereby sealing the body. The bottom plate is formed into a transparent acryl.
