Abstract: 본 발명의 원통형 프리폼 니들펀칭장치에는 이송된 예비체(100)가 1회 이상 감겨져 적층되고, 적층된 예비체(100)를 니들 펀칭으로 서로 결합해 원통형태의 탄소 프리폼(200)으로 만들어 주는 고정식 원통형 맨드릴(40)과; 맨드릴(40)에 자유회전되도록 결합되고, 상기 맨드릴(40)에 감겨지도록 상기 예비체(100)에 힘을 가하는 맨드릴 구동롤러(60)로부터 회전력을 직접 전달받는 연동회전기(50)가 포함됨으로써 탄소 프리폼(200)을 만들어주도록 회전되는 고정식 원형 맨드릴의 자체적인 마찰저항이 최소화될 수 있고, 특히 니들펀칭 작업을 위해 외부에서 가하는 물리적 힘이 크게 줄어드는 특징을 갖는다.

Abstract: Disclosed is a needle punching machine for a cylindrical preform comprising: a fixed cylindrical mandrel (40) on which a transferred preform (100) is wound at least once to be layered in order to make a cylindrical carbon preform (200) by connecting the layered preform (100) through needle punching; and an interlocking rotary machine (50) connected to the mandrel (40) to rotate freely and directly receiving a rotary force from a mandrel operating roller (60) which applies power to the preform (100) to be wound on the mandrel (40), thereby minimizing friction resistance of the rotating fixed cylindrical mandrel to make the carbon preform (200) and remarkably reducing a physical power applied from the outside for the needle punching.
