Abstract: PURPOSE: A fiber reinforced composite is provided to have low thermal conductivity, excellent material property such as strength due to the superior interfacial adhesion by using lyocell carbon fiber. CONSTITUTION: The fiber reinforced composite comprises Lyocell carbon fiber and polymer resin. The Lyocell carbon fiber includes the carbonized Lyocell fiber, is surrounded by the polymer resin, and manufactures the Lyocell fiber by heat-treating in a temperature range of 100 to 2800°C. The Lyocell carbon fiber is a long fiber structure comprised of filament thread, and has a woven fabric form. The polymer resin is phenol resin.
