Abstract: PURPOSE: An aluminum matrix composite is provided which has light weight and high damping power, and a method for manufacturing the aluminum matrix composite is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a high damping aluminum matrix composite comprises a step of melting an aluminum alloy comprising aluminum, silicon and magnesium; a step of adding silicon carbide to the melt as agitating a melt in which the aluminum alloy is melted; a step of adding nickel coated graphite to the melt as agitating the melt in which the aluminum alloy is melted; a step of casting a molten aluminum alloy to which silicon carbide and graphite are added; and a step of heat treating the aluminum alloy, wherein a composition for the high damping composite comprises 55.8 to 81.6 wt.% of aluminum, 7 to 10 wt.% of silicon, 0.4 to 1.2 wt.% of magnesium, 1 to 8 wt.% of nickel, 8 to 15 vol.% of silicon carbide particles and 2 to 10 vol.% of graphite particles, wherein the heat treatment is performed by T6 heat treatment, wherein the agitation is performed by rotating the impeller after putting an impeller connected to a driver into a melt in which aluminum alloy is melted in such a way that the impeller is inclined to the surface of the melt, wherein Ar or N2 is flown to the surface of the melt in the agitation process, and wherein the melt containing molten aluminum alloy maintains a temperature of 690 to 710 deg.C in the casting process.

Abstract: 본 발명은 전해액 보관형 일차전지의 전해액 및 냉각수 활성화장치에 관한 것으로서, 원판 형태의 아연-산화은 극판을 파일식으로 적층하여 사용하는 파일형 고출력 전해액 보관형 일차전지에 있어서의 전해액과 냉각장치의 냉각수를 동시에 셀스택에 공급하여 활성화시킬 수 있도록 함으로써, 전지의 성능을 향상시키는 것을 목적으로 한다.
본 발명의 전해액 및 냉각수 활성화장치는, 고압가스 또는 추진제(Propellant)가 충전되고, 발화장치(61)를 구비하는 고압가스용기(60)와; 전해액 용기(30)가 삽입되고, 상기 고압가스용기와 연결되며, 고압가스 또는 추진제의 압력으로 전해액을 셀스택(10)으로 보내어 활성화시키도록 하는 전해액 용기 압착통(70)과; 그리고, 내부에 냉각수 용기(41)가 삽입되고, 상기 전해액 용기 압착통 내부에 고압가스 또는 추진제의 압력이 작용할 때 상기 전해액 용기 압착통과 통하도록 연결되며, 고압가스 또는 추진제의 압력으로 냉각수를 냉각장치(40)를 경유하여 상기 셀스택(10)으로 보내어 활성화시키도록 하는 냉각수 용기 압착통(90);을 포함하여 이루어진다.

Abstract: An apparatus for activating the electrolyte solution and cooling water of an electrolyte reserving type primary battery is provided to improve the performance of a battery by supplying an electrolyte solution and cooling water to a cell stack simultaneously. An apparatus for activating the electrolyte solution and cooling system of an electrolyte reserving type primary battery comprises a high pressure gas container(60) which is filled with a high pressure gas or a propellant and has an ignition device for discharging the high pressure gas or the propellant by ignition; an electrolyte solution container compression container(70) where an electrolyte solution container(30) is inserted and which is connected with the high pressure gas container to compress the outside of the electrolyte solution container by using the pressure of the high pressure gas or propellant supplied from the high pressure gas container, thereby transferring the electrolyte solution to a cell stack(10); and a cooling water container compression container(90) where a cooling water container(41) is inserted and which is connected with the high pressure gas container to compress the outside of the cooling water container by using the pressure of the high pressure gas or propellant supplied from the high pressure gas container, thereby transferring the cooling water to the cell stack via a cooling device(40).
