본 발명은 작용기가 보호된 다이아지도글라이옥심, 그의 합성 방법 및 작용기가 보호된 다이아지도글라이옥심을 이용한 TKX-50의 합성 방법에 관한 것으로, 민감한 DAG 대신 둔감성이 향상된 둔감성-DAG를 합성하여 충격, 마찰, 정전기에 의한 폭발 및 화재 사고의 위협으로부터 유해성 및 공정의 위험성을 낮출 수 있으므로 안전하게 합성할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a hexaza[3.3.3]propellane compound denoted by chemical formula I capable of being used as a major skeleton structure of a new molecular explosive, and a method for preparing the same. In the chemical formula I: R is a foreign atom selected from H, oxygen, nitrogen, sulfur, or halogen, or C-20 alkyl, cycloalkyl, arylalkyl, or aryl capable of including an unsaturated group; and X is H2, O, or S.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for preparing 2,4-dinitroimidazole is provided to minimize allergy site and to simplify a process. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing 2,4-dinitroimidazole comprises: a step of reacting acetic acid and nitric acid to 4-nitroimidazole to prepare 1,4-dinitroimidazole; a step of removing moisture to prepare a methylene chloride solution; and a step of adding chlorobenzene to the methylene chloride solution of 1,4-dinitroimidazole and reacting at 120-140°C for four to five hours to prepare 2,4-dinitroimidazole. A moisture drier for removing moisture is magnesium sulfate, calcium sulfate, calcium chloride, or sodium sulfate.

본 발명은 둔감 고성능 분자 화약으로 유망한 4,4',5,5'-테트라나이트로-2,2'-바이이미다졸의 불안정한 수소를 아미노구아니딘으로 안정화하여 다이(아미노구아니듐) 4,4',5,5'-테트라나이트로-2,2'-바이이미다졸을 제공함으로써, 4,4',5,5'-테트라나이트로-2,2'-바이이미다졸의 흡습성을 해소하고, 성능과 둔감도를 향상시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: A gem-dinitro ester-type energy material is provided to minimize dissolution of molecule gun powder even when increasing energy density of compound explosive by introducing gem-dinitro group as an energy device, and to introduce alkyl group of linear or branched chain called non-polar compound in its opposite side. CONSTITUTION: A gem-dinitro ester-type energy material is indicated as a chemical formula 1. A manufacturing method of gem-dinitro ester-type energy material comprises the following steps. Manufacture gem-dinitro ester-type energy material of chemical formula 1 by reacting compound of chemical 2 and compound of chemical formula 3, In the chemical formulae 1-3, R is a alkyl group of branched chain or non-substituted linear chain or substituted of C2-C12. Substituted of the C2-C12 or non-substituted linear chain or alkyl group of branched chain is a substituted or non-substituted linear chain, or a butyl radical, a pentyl group, a hexyl, a heptyl group of branched chain or octyl group that includes octane-3-yl group. Reaction between compound of chemical formula 2 and compound of chemical formula 3 is performed under the presence of strong alkaline.
