Abstract: The present invention relates to an acoustic sensor (1) for a maneuver holding bullet including a main housing (10) having an internal space (11); a protection grid (20) which is joined to one side of the main housing (10) and which has an acoustic inlet (21); a microphone unit (90) accepted in the internal space (11) to obtain sound from the acoustic inlet (21); and an acoustic impedance matching part (A) which is placed in the microphone unit (90) and the internal space (11) to match external acoustic impedance to internal acoustic impedance by distributing sound from the acoustic inlet (21).
