Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for generating an interferometer type multichannel optical fiber sensor signal and a method thereof are provided to easily design and correct a signal processor of an optical fiber sensor by generating an output signal using an electronic circuit. CONSTITUTION: A first analog/digital converter(21) converts a phase input signal into a first digital signal. A second analog/digital converter(22) converts a dummy interference degree control signal into a second digital signal. A coordinates converter(20) receives and converts the first digital signal and the second digital signal from the first analog/digital converter(21) and the second analog/digital converter(22), respectively, into orthogonal coordinates signals. A digital/analog converter(23) converts the orthogonal coordinates signals from the coordinates converter(20) into an output signal. An analog switch(24) receives the output signal from the digital/analog converter(23) and generates a multichannel output signal.
