Abstract: PURPOSE: A multilayer mixing surface composite for a glove is provided to form an alloy layer mainly including an amorphous base in an upper layer and to form a different alloy layer mainly including a crystalline substance beneath the upper layer, thereby improving protecting performance of the glove. CONSTITUTION: A multilayer mixing surface composite for a glove includes a base material (10) and a surface composite layer formed on the base material. The surface composite layer includes an upper layer formed by including an amorphous alloy and a middle layer formed between the upper layer and the base material by including at least 70 volume% of a crystalline substance. Abstract: 본 발명은 모재와 상기 모재 상에 형성된 표면복합층을 구비한 장갑용 다층 혼합 표면복합재료에 관한 것으로서, 상기 표면복합층이 비정질 합금을 포함하여 형성되는 상층과, 상기 상층과 모재 사이에 형성되고 주로 결정질을 갖는 중간층을 포함한다. 또한 상기 중간층과 모재 사이에는 비정질 합금을 포함하는 계면층이 추가 형성된다.
본 발명에 따른 표면복합재료에 의하면, 상층에 비정질 기지를 주로 하는 합금층이 형성되고 그 아래에 주로 결정질을 갖는 합금층이 형성되도록 함으로써, 종래에 비해 장갑의 방호성능을 크게 향상시킬 수 있고, 또한 특유의 내식성과 내마모성을 구비하는 비정질 합금층을 사용하므로, 장갑차량에 사용될 경우 유지관리비용을 절감할 수 있다.
