Abstract: PURPOSE: A sterilization and a counteracting method using a metallic oxide catalyst and plasma is provided to efficiently sterilize plasma characteristic by a method for sterilizing oxygen in order to increase the oxygen active species of the plasma. CONSTITUTION: A sterilization and a counteracting method using a metallic oxide catalyst and plasma mixes with the material processing the metallic oxide catalyst or sprinkles over the surface or the around of the material. The material processed comprises the sulfur or the nitrogen-contained compound, the cyanic compound, the chlorine or the fluoride-containing compound, bacteria, the virus, or the poisons. The plasma system to the jet form releasing the created plasma to the apparatus outside.

Abstract: 본 발명은 금속산화물 촉매와 플라즈마를 이용한 살균 및 제독방법에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 플라즈마 방전영역 후반부에서 금속산화물 촉매를 처리할 물질과 혼합하거나 혹은 처리할 물질의 표면 또는 주변에 살포한 후 플라즈마 처리를 하므로써, 살균 및 독성 화학물질의 분해 효율을 향상시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속산화물 촉매와 플라즈마를 이용한 살균 및 제독방법에 관한 것이다.
