    Abstract: PURPOSE: A portable manual charging apparatus is provided to recharge a battery even when rotating a crankshaft with less power, thereby facilitating charging for a user with weak power. CONSTITUTION: A controlling current command unit(160) changes and outputs the controlling current command. A recharge control part(141) controls a constant current output outputted from a battery charging unit. A speed detecting unit detects the rotating speed of a crankshaft. The controlling current command unit compares a speed detected from the speed detecting unit and a reference speed. A controlling current command corresponding to the result of the comparison reference speed is applied to the controlling current command to the recharge control part.
