Abstract: 본 발명의 유량제어밸브는, 양단부가 개방된 내부 공간을 구비하는 몸체와, 상기 내부 공간을 선택적으로 개폐하도록 상기 내부 공간에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 디스크와, 상기 디스크가 상기 내부공간을 개방한 제1 상태와 막은 제2 상태 사이에서 회전하도록 상기 디스크의 회전을 제어하는 제어장치, 및 상기 디스크가 상기 제1 및 제2 상태에 도달하면 각각 제1 및 제2 신호를 생성하고 상기 제1 및 제2 신호를 이용하여 상기 디스크의 회전 정도를 검출하는 위치감지장치를 포함한다. 이를 통하여 상기 유량조절밸브는 간단한 구조로 디스크의 위치감지가 가능하다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A position detecting device and a flow rate control valve including the same are provided to easily sense a maximum opening angle and a maximum closing angle of a disc in a narrow space and to simultaneously limit rotation of the disc. CONSTITUTION: A flow rate control valve including a position detecting device(200) comprises a body(100), a disc(120), a control device(130), and the position detecting device. The disc is rotatably installed in order to selectively open an internal space(110) of the flow rate control valve. The position detecting device comprises a position limiting unit and a limit switch. The position detecting device generates an opening signal of the disc and detects a rotation degree of the disc using the signal. The position limiting unit rotates with the disc, and the limit switch is pressurized by the position limiting unit to be switched.
