Abstract: PURPOSE: An image target feature detecting device and an image target feature detecting method using the same are provided to reduce target detection errors and a warning errors. CONSTITUTION: A data compensation module(31) uniformly compensates image frame data from a frame buffer. A pre-processing module(32) preprocesses the compensated frame data. An area division module(33) divides the frame data of a first memory(35). A feature extraction module(34) extracts a noise part and a detection part of the processed frame data.
