본 발명은 전단농화유체가 함침된 직물을 포함하는 방검/방침재에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 절단저항부(21)와 관통저항부(22)로 이루어지는 방검/방침재에 전단농화유체가 함침된 섬유직물(20)이 포함되므로써 기존의 어떠한 방검/방침재 보다 가볍고, 두께가 얇고, 유연성을 갖추어 착용성과 활동성이 뛰어난 전단농화유체가 함침된 직물을 포함하는 방검/방침재에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
본 발명은 전단농화유체를 이용한 방탄복합재, 그 제조방법 및 그를 이용한 방탄복에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 의하면, 방탄복합재를 구성하고 있는 직물층들의 적층 위치에 따라서 전단농화유체를 함침하지 않은 직물층과, 전단농화유체를 부분 함침한 직물층 및 전단농화유체를 전체 함침한 직물층을 적층하므로써, 방탄력의 효과를 극대화한 방탄복합재, 그 제조방법 및 방탄복이 제공된다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A ceramic bulletproof panel for body armor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the bulletproof performance and minimize the deformation of the rear side of the ceramic plate by laminating the unprocessed bulletproof textile in the rear side of bulletproof textile processed as the STF(Shear Thickening Fluid) by turns. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic bulletproof panel for body armor comprises a laminated material. The laminated material comprises a ceramic plate(110), a bulletproof textile(120), a sealing film(120a), a front side bulletproof textile(130), a front side adhesive film(130a) and a ceramic adhesive film(110a). A plurality of bulletproof textiles is laminated in the rear of the ceramic plate. The sealing film surrounds the bulletproof processed as STF. The front side bulletproof textile is laminated in the front side of the ceramic plate. The front side adhesive film is laminated between the ceramic plate and front side bulletproof textile and sticks the ceramic plate and front side bulletproof textile. The ceramic adhesive film is laminated between the ceramic plate and the sealing film. The ceramic adhesive film sticks the ceramic plate and the sealing film.

A hybrid bulletproof jacket is provided to improve bulletproof property with light weight of fabric by laminating an aramid textile laminates consecutively and by dispersing impact applied to the fabric efficiently. A hybrid bulletproof jacket includes an aramid fabric laminate(A,B). The aramid fabric laminate is formed by laminating aramid fabric consisting of a wholly polyamide multi-filament. A warp and a weft of the wholly polyamide multi-filament are formed to a non-twisted state. The aramid fabric laminate is formed laminating the aramid fabric in which shear thickness fluid is dipped. The aramid fabric laminate is laminated each other.

The present invention relates to a bullet-proof complex material using shear thickening fluid, a method for manufacturing the same, and a bullet-proof body armor made of the same. According to the present invention, the bullet-proof complex material maximizes a bullet-proof effect by laminating a fabric layer not containing shear thickening fluid, a fabric layer partly containing shear thickening fluid, and a fabric layer wholly containing shear thickening fluid.

CONSTITUTION: A stab and spike resistant panel(10) having a plurality of fabric layers comprises a front part(11), a back part(13), and a center part(12). The front part comprises first fabric layers, the back part comprises second fabric plies. The center part comprises third fabric layers, is located between the front part and the back part.
