Abstract: PURPOSE: A portable radar measuring device using a microwave lens is provided to improve a measured value error in a near field region and to enhance reliability by using a microwave lens. CONSTITUTION: A housing is installed to cover an entire part of a microwave radar or a structure having a microwave radar and is formed to perform a function for preventing radiation of electromagnetic waves to the outside. A microwave lens is positioned inside the housing. The microwave lens performs a function for converting a square wave to a plane wave. A horn antenna is positioned at a front end of the housing. The horn antenna transmits a propagation signal from test equipment to the microwave radar and transmits the propagation signal from the microwave radar to the test equipment.

Abstract: A method for preparing inorganic binder is provided to obtain inorganic binder which is stable in long-term storage and is curable at 200 °C or less and to shorten processing time compared with conventional water bath method. A method for preparing inorganic binder comprises the steps of: mixing H3PO4 and Al(OH)3 with CrO3 solution; and stirring the mixed solution and then applying microwaves. A mole composition rate of P, Al and Cr in H3PO4, Al(OH)3, and CrO3 is P/(Al + Cr) = 2~2.18. The method further comprises adding at least one 0.03~0.1 mol selected from Cu, Fe, S, Zn, Mg, F, and K per phosphorus(P) 1mol.
