Abstract: PURPOSE: A carbon slurry fuel composition and a producing method thereof are provided to secure the excellent dispersion stability and mobility of a carbon solid particle. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a carbon slurry fuel composition comprises the following steps: inserting liquid fuel, a carbon solid particle, and a surfactant into a mixing container; and stirring the added components. The surfactant is based on polysobutenyl succinimide, and is obtained by reacting polyisobutenyl succinic anhydride with amine.
