    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a composite sabot through a resin-injection VARTM after a stitching is provided to improve adhesion and tensile force in a circumferential direction of the sabot by stitching a laminated fabric mat such that a reinforcing member passes through the fabric mat in a radial direction thereof. A method for manufacturing a composite sabot through a resin-injection VARTM after a stitching comprises the step of preparing a plurality of fabric mats having various directions and shapes by cutting a fabric mat. A preliminary fabric product(40) is formed by laminating a plurality of fabric mats and then stitching the fabric mats using a reinforcement member(30). The preliminary fabric product is subject to resin-injection VARTM to form composite material. Three pieces of the sabot is formed by performing a machining process on the composite material. The composite sabot is formed by combining the three pieces.
