Abstract: The present invention provides an optic axis alignment device, which comprises a target simulator including a fixing part and a rotary part forming a moving phantom target in coupling with the fixing part to be rotatable; and an optic axis alignment part combined to the fixing part in a detachable manner, and having a camera obtaining images of the phantom target in order to confirm the initial alignment status of the optic axis facing the phantom target. The optic axis alignment device is characterized in that a laser unit generating light toward the optic axis alignment part is installed on the rotary part, and that an inspection window having a slot open to be extended to one direction is installed in the optic axis alignment part so as to transmit the light moving straight upon rotation of the rotary part in order to inspect the alignment of the optic axis alignment part.
