Abstract: a fiber grating (20) which has a specific period; a mode eliminator (13, 13a) which passes single mode, connected to the both side of the fiber grating (20); a polarizer (12) which inputs one polarized light to the mode eliminator (13). As a result, the optical fiber outputs the specific wavelength in accordance to the length of the fiber grating (20).
