Abstract: A method for measuring the reference wavefront spot image position of a laser wavefront sensor comprises the steps of: obtaining a reference wavefront spot image mean-treated by removing time noise from the reference wavefront spot image of a camera (20) to which the reference wavefront beam of a laser passing an optical system (10) is introduced; generating labelled spot images by applying binary image conversion and a connected-component labelling method; estimating the approximate center position of each spot using primary thresholding and a binary mass centroid estimation method; reperforming a gray mass centroid estimation method after removing fixed noise using secondary thresholding; thereby determining a final reference spot coordinate and a final active zone coordinate. Thus, the present invention can be commonly used since it is not limited to the kinds of lenslet arrays of the optical system (10) and the kinds of laser reference wavefront measuring devices by operating the method for measuring the position information of the laser reference wavefront spot image using a software which is not interlocked with a specific measuring device.
