Abstract: 본 발명은 디메틸에테르 압축기체를 이용하여 미세한 구형의 시클로트리메틸렌트리니트라민 (Cyclotrimethylenetrinitramine, Research Department Explosive, RDX) 입자를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 미세한 구형의 RDX 입자의 제조방법은, (a) 용기에 RDX를 포함하는 화약물질을 도입하는 단계, (b) 상기 용기에 디메틸에테르 압축기체를 도입하여 상기 RDX를 용해시켜 RDX 용액을 형성하는 단계, (c) 상기 RDX 용액을 대기압으로 방출하여 감압시켜 결정화된 RDX 입자를 형성하는 단계 및 (d) 상기 RDX 입자를 분리하여 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of minute circular shaped RDX particles is provided to obtain circular shaped RDX particles by using a RESS(rapid expansion of supercritical solutions) process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of minute circular shaped RDX particles comprises the following steps: introducing gunpowder material including RDX in a vessel(s110); forming RDX solution by introducing dimethyl ether(DME) compressed gas to the vessel and dissolving the RDX(s120); forming crystallized RDX particles by exhausting the RDX solution to the atmosphere and reducing pressures(s140); and collecting the RDX particle by separating thereof(s160). The crystallized RDX particle is a spherical particle having the diameter of 0.1-1 micro meter. The DME compressed gas is introduced to the temperature of 40-150 deg. Celsius and the pressure of 80-450 bar. The DME compressed gas is mixed with one or more gases selected from carbon dioxide, propane and chlorodifluorimethane and is introduced.
