Abstract: 본 발명은 채프/플레어(chaff/flare)발사기의 시험을 위한 모의탄으로서, 솔레노이드를 사용하여 반복적으로 시험할 수 있는 모의탄을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 발명은, 모의탄의 외형을 형성하는 케이스와, 상기 케이스의 일단에 설치되어 채프/플레어 발사기로부터 전기신호를 인가받는 접속단자와, 상기 접속단자와 연결되고 구동장치에 전기신호를 인가하는 SPDT(Single Pole Double Thow)스위치와, 상기 SPDT스위치와 연결되고, 전후로 이동가능한 리셋 스위치를 구비하는 구동장치와, 일단측에는 상기 케이스 외부로 돌출되는 레버조정기 및 상기 리셋 스위치와 접촉하는 단부(段部)가 형성되고, 타단측은 상기 리셋 스위치의 움직임을 상기 SPDT스위치로 전달하는 레버;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A dummy projectile for an aviation test of a chaff/flare CMDS is provided to proceed the test semipermanently and repeatedly through switching a dummy projectile into standby state by using a solenoid. CONSTITUTION: A dummy projectile for an aviation test of a chaff/flare CMDS comprises a case(10), a connecting terminal(20), a SPDT(single pole double throw) switch(40), a solenoid(50), and a lever(70). The case forms the exterior of a dummy projectile. The connecting terminal is installed in one end of a case and receives electric signals from chaff/flare CMDS. The SPDT switch is connected to the connecting terminal and transmits electric signals. The solenoid is connected to the SPDT switch and comprises a rest switch(60) moving back and forth. A level regulator(72) and a step portion(73) are formed in one end of a lever and the other end of a lever transfers the movement of a reset switch to the SPDT switch. The level regulator is projected to the outside of a case. The step portion is contacted with the reset switch.
