Abstract:
PURPOSE: An energy containing thermoplastic elastomer including azidated poly(epichlorohydrin) rubber and a thermoplastic resin is provided to easily implement a mixing process with explosive compositional components by melting commercialized rubber and plastic. CONSTITUTION: Thermoplastic elastomer includes 50 to 80 weight% of azidated poly(epichlorohydrin) rubber and 20 to 50 weight% of a thermoplastic resin. The molecular weight of the azidated poly(epichlorohydrin) is between 200000 and 700000. The azidated poly(epichlorohydrin) is obtained by substituting 50 to 100% of chlorine group with azide group. The thermoplastic resin is a polyethylene resin includes 10 to 40 weight% of maleic anhydride, vinyl acetate, or carboxylic group, and the crystalline melting temperature of the thermoplastic resin is between 60 and 120 degrees Celsius.
