Abstract: A method for correcting the image non-uniformity of an infrared camera by using a focal-plane array is disclosed. According to embodiments of the present invention, since an optimization technique using a residual obtained through an image match is used, the convergence speed of a correction parameter increases, and since an image warping parameter obtained by the image match is used to calculate the residual and the update process of the correction parameter is repetitively performed, it is possible to obtain a high signal to noise ratio (SNR) and convergence stability.
