Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a stator of an electrical apparatus using photo-etching and the electrical apparatus manufactured thereby are provided to improve productivity by forming a plurality of stator core sheets on a single amorphous metal plate. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of stator core sheets is formed on an amorphous metal plate through a photoetching process(S100). The plurality of stator core sheets is laminated and arranged(S200). A stator core is formed by fixing the plurality of stator core sheets(S300). A coil is wound around the stator core and the stator is completed(S400).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a stator of an electric machine using wire cutting and an electric machine manufactured by the same are provided to form a plurality of stators on a non-crystalline steel plate. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a stator of an electric machine using wire cutting is as follows. A plurality of non-crystalline steel plates is laminated(S100). Pressurizing plates are attached on the top and bottom surfaces the laminated non-crystalline steel plates(S200). The pressurizing plates and the non-crystalline steel plates are pressed evenly in predetermined pressure(S300) and coupled with each other(S400). A stator core is formed by cutting the pressurizing plates and the non-crystalline steel plates(S500).
