Abstract:
PURPOSE: An interoperability evaluation system between weapon systems which expand the interoperability model of an information system and method thereof are provided to improve the accuracy of an evaluation by evaluating the interoperability level of weapon system embedded software. CONSTITUTION: A technical interoperability level evaluation unit(100) is connected to the technical interoperability level evaluation means(90) of a weapon system and evaluates the interoperability level of a complex weapon system by confirming a national defense information system and the standard state of the weapon system. A system management unit(110) supports the technical interoperability level evaluation of the weapon system and establishes the management and implementation option of an LISI(Level of Information System Interoperability) evaluation model.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An optimal network simulation environment constructing method and a system thereof are provided to secure real time simulation having accuracy and reliability for a function operation of real equipment. CONSTITUTION: A communication equipment model for transmitting, relaying, or receiving a message and real equipment is set as a major model(S210). Batch abstraction is performed for a non-major model(S220). A simulation is driven by connecting the major model with the real equipment(S230). The statistics of the major equipment model is collected(S240). [Reference numerals] (AA) Start; (BB) No; (CC) Yes; (DD) End; (S210) Setting up a main model; (S220) Batch abstraction of a non-main model; (S230) Driving a simulation; (S240) Collecting/storing statistics; (S250) Comparing current time and simulation time; (S260) Adaptive abstraction of a major model; (S270) Satisfaction of result evaluation
Abstract:
The present invention relates to estimation of the measure of effectiveness (MOE) of network centric warfare and, more particularly, to a system for estimating the MOE of network performance based network centric warfare using a hierarchical object analysis index (OAI) matrix. According to the system of the present invention, MOE items are set, a relationship between the MOE and communication parameters is hierarchically checked using an OAI matrix, a war game simulator and a communication simulator are interlocked with each other, and the relationship between the MOE and the communication parameters is checked through a statistical method. As a result, the derived relationship between the communication parameters and the MOE can influence the field of war game systems or communication systems.

PURPOSE: A system and a method for measuring interoperability are provided to evaluate an interoperability level evaluation standard regardless of a completion degree. CONSTITUTION: An implementation information obtaining unit(110) obtains implementation information according to interoperability level evaluation standards. A level evaluation standard applying unit(130) applies a capability model to implementation information. A level evaluation unit(140) inspects satisfaction conditions of capability corresponding to each cell of an interoperability profile. The level evaluation unit calculates the interoperability level from combination of satisfied cell capabilities. Abstract:
PURPOSE: An interoperability evaluation system of a non-technical element between national defense weapon systems is provided to evaluate interoperability for the non-technical element using electronic questionnaires. CONSTITUTION: A server(110) creates and provides electronic questionnaires which evaluate the interoperability of a non-technical element between two national defense weapons. The server creates and outputs an evaluation report by receiving and evaluating the answers of the electronic questionnaires. A client(120) transmits the answers to the server by writing the answers. The server includes an electronic questionnaire creation unit(111), an interface unit(112), an evaluation report creation unit(113), and a storage unit(114). The storage unit stores the electronic questionnaires and the evaluation reports.
