Abstract: A micro-welder, by which a superfine wire such as a lead wire can be welded on a desired position of a parent material with a minimum welding area, including: a power source having a capacitor-charging device for generating a predetermined voltage and a voltage controller for adjusting the level of voltage output from the capacitor-charging device; a charge-storing member connected in parallel to the power source for storing the voltage output from the capacitor-charging device; a switching member connected in parallel to the charge-storing means for conducting the voltage output from the capacitor-charging device; a switch driving member for turning-on the switching member; and a welding circuit connected in serial to the switching member.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A micro welder is provided to effectively weld a micro wire to a base metal with forming a minimum welding area by utilizing an energy charged in a battery. CONSTITUTION: AC power(10) is supplied to a battery charge power(2) so that the battery charge power(2) outputs voltage, which is determined by a voltage regulator(3), to an output terminal. Two voltage detecting resistors(4a,4b) are connected to each other in series and connected to the output terminal of the battery charge power(2) in a row. A voltage detector(5) is connected to a contact formed between the voltage detecting resistors(4a,4b). Voltage generated from the battery charge power(2) is filled in capacitors(6,7). A selecting switch(8) is provided to select a capacitor, to which voltage is charged. When a foot switch(11) is pushed, a trigger pulse is generated from a trigger pulse generator(10).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A heat flux gauge, a manufacturing method thereof and an assembly fixture thereof are provided to achieve a firm structure and accurate measuring value through a relevant radiator. CONSTITUTION: A heat flux gauge includes a disk foil(1) having a foil lead wire(3) connected to a core part thereof; and a cylindrical body(2) having the disk foil mounted on a front side thereof, a storage space formed therein, and a body lead wire(4) connected to a rear end thereof. The storage space in the cylindrical body is charged with a filler(5). Space around the foil lead wire is filled with filler after the foil lead wire is electrically connected to a plane of the core part of the disk foil to prevent separation of the foil lead wire from the disk foil. The filler is made of ceramic material resistant against heat. A manufacturing method includes the steps of: a foil welding step spot-welding the foil lead wire on the core part of the disk foil; a body welding step spot-welding the body lead wire on the rear end of the cylindrical body having a mounting part for the disk foil, and the storage space formed therein; an assembly fixture mounting step mounting an assembly fixture having a foil lead wire penetrating hole formed on a core part thereof to the storage space of the cylindrical body; and a foil assembly step allowing the foil lead wire to penetrate the foil lead wire penetrating hole of the assembly fixture, and forcibly inserting the disk foil to the mounting part of the cylindrical body.

Abstract: A heat-flux sensor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reinforce the coupling force between a circular foil and a foil lead wire by using epoxy as a filler. A heat-flux sensor includes a body(10), a foil(20), a foil lead wire(40), a body lead wire(50), and a filler(30). The body is in a shape of a cylinder having both ends to be opened. The foil is mounted on one end of the body. The foil lead wire is elongated outside the body. The foil lead wire is coated with enamel. The diameter of the foil lead is 0.05 mm. The body lead wire adheres on the body in a staking adhesion method which is a physical adhesion method for increasing a coupling force of the body lead wire and the body. The filler is made of epoxy and is charged in an inner space of the body and the foil.
