    Abstract: The present invention is to provides a threat assessment method capable of calculating a final threat even though some attribute information of a target is missing and a weapon assignment method capable of quickly calculating an optimal solution of the threat calculated by the threat assessment method. The present invention comprises the steps of: a) receiving target attribute information from a target detection means of an air defense command and control system, and calculating threat for protected properties using the target attribute information; and b) assigning weapons to have an optimal solution with a lowest degree of the threat of the air defense command and control system.
